The triple-glue achromatic lens is designed for 1:1 conjugate ratio and uses symmetry to correct aberrations. The triplet achromatic lens is made by bonding a low refractive index center element between two identical high refractive index external elements. When increasing the field of view, each lens is corrected with a reasonable aberration to gradually approach the f value.
