A beam splitter is a lens that partially transmits light and partially reflects it to achieve a spectral effect. A special film is coated on the surface so that the incident light can be reflected half and transmitted half, so that a beam of light is divided into a reflected beam and a projected beam. One beam forms two beams. The light sheet reflects part of the incident light energy, absorbs a relatively small amount, and transmits the remaining energy. The beam splitter has obvious neutral color characteristics.
The dichroic mirror is formed by vacuum evaporation of a multi-layer dielectric film. There is no problem of metal film absorption. The total penetration and reflection ratio is close to 100.
Function: It is made by vacuum evaporation. After the light passes through the filter, the penetration ratio can be changed. For example, it can be half-transmitted and half-reflected, and has the characteristics of ground absorption.
